Remembering the good memories is what is best for us, sometimes we need those to get through the rough times. Scientifically, eating sweets causes endorphins release, which makes us feel good. There are many flavors of life, as the Chinese saying 人生的甜酸苦辣, which is the sweet, sour, bitter, and hot in life. Memories may not always be sweet or good, but it's ourselves who choose what becomes a memory and when to think about it. Sometimes memories bad or good will come back to us, which causes difficult times for the most of us. Reminding oneself not to dwell on the past or think negatively is a difficult thing to do. Sometimes, we just need to use one good memory to brighten up your day.
